We ship Australia-wide from Brisbane, Queensland. International orders? Not yet—but stay tuned.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST on business days (Mon–Fri) usually ship within 1–3 business days.
Weekend/public holiday orders process next business day.
Peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays) may add 1–2 extra days— we'll email if delayed.

Shipping Rates & Times (Australia only)

Standard shipping: $12 flat rate (tracked). Free over $100.
Express: $18
Times are estimates from dispatch (not including processing):
- QLD/NSW/ACT: 2–5 business days
- VIC/TAS/SA: 3–7 business days
- WA/NT: 5–10 business days
We use Australia Post or similar reliable carriers. Tracking provided via email.

Important

We’re not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or customs (international if added later).
If your order is lost/damaged in transit, contact us with tracking—we'll resolve under ACL (replacement or refund).
Signature on delivery may apply for high-value orders

Return & Exchange Policy

At Sinners Paradise, we stand behind our tattoo-inspired apparel. However, please note our policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) consumer guarantees.

Consumer Guarantees (Mandatory under ACL) All products come with guarantees that they are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, and are safe. If an item has a major fault (e.g., significantly different from description, unsafe, or so defective you'd never have bought it), you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund (your choice). For minor faults, we offer repair or replacement first.

We cover reasonable return shipping costs if the fault is confirmed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time
